Keurig Platinum B70 Gourmet Single Cup Coffee Maker is amazing, but it often gets wrong. Because of this, I had to return both of my previous Keurig products to where I bought it. Luckily, the store is so friendly. It helps me with my problem and with its return policy, I can easily return the product without paying any cent.

I had to return them because they suddenly stopped functioning. They even could not provide enough water for the coffee. I had tried everything in instruction manual to make them back to work, including descaling both of them, even twice, but still it changed nothing.

The store was nice, though. It gave me new product as replacement. However, it looks like I should not expect too much from the product. It seems there is nothing different from the old one. It is still struggling to pump enough water to make the coffee. I may give it 6 months trial. If everything still goes wrong, I will certainly get it back to the same store. Due to its performance, I can only rate this product with 2.5 stars.

Meanwhile, I also discovered that even though all products I have manufactured under the same version, the latest one I have got some later improvements such as extra cup size, bigger reservoir for water, new reservoir design etc. Instead of its bad performance in pumping water, I am glad to say that I like the new features even though I realize that they don’t make the performance better.

GOOD NEWS!! I have been using the product for more than 6 months now and it’s STILL WORKING! Previously, once I reached this period, I would return the product due to its bad performance, but today it looks like the manufacturer have fixed all the problems. Will wait longer to check if the product still works like they say.
